What is ZVoucher?+
ZVoucher is a peer-to-peer marketplace to convert prepaid coupons (Transcash, PCS, Neosurf, Paysafecard, gift cards…) into crypto or cash, and back — protected by escrow.
Which coupons can I sell?+
European prepaid (Transcash, PCS Mastercard, Neosurf, Paysafecard), USA gift cards (Vanilla Visa, Amazon US, Walmart, eBay), UK retail (Argos, Tesco, ASOS, Love2Shop), gaming (PSN, Xbox, Nintendo, Roblox, Razer Gold) and crypto-friendly vouchers (Crypto Voucher, Bitnovo, Paxful eGift).
Do I need an account?+
Not for small instant payouts (up to ~€50 equivalent): just use Quick Trade and get paid to your address. For higher limits, the marketplace and a wallet, create a free account.
Quick Trade (instant)
How does instant Quick Trade work?+
We buy your coupon directly and pay your crypto address or IBAN immediately — no waiting for a P2P seller. The rate is slightly lower than the marketplace in exchange for instant settlement.
Why is the instant rate lower?+
Because the platform takes on the coupon and the fraud risk right away. If you can wait, the P2P marketplace usually offers a better rate.
How do I track a no-account order?+
Use the reference shown on your receipt on the Track page — no login required.
Escrow & safety
How does escrow protect me?+
When a trade opens, the buyer's crypto/cash is locked in escrow. Funds are only released once the coupon is verified — so neither side can cheat.
What if the coupon is invalid?+
Verification fails and the locked funds are refunded to the buyer. Submitting invalid codes in bad faith can lead to account suspension.
What happens in a dispute?+
Either party can open a dispute. Support arbitrates on the evidence and decides to release, refund or split. Trades also auto-refund if the escrow window expires.
Are my coupon codes safe?+
Codes are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), never shown in plain text except to the authorized buyer/support, and checked against reuse.
Fees & limits
What are the fees?+
A small commission is charged on each completed trade, always shown before you confirm. Vendors set their own rates in the marketplace.
What are the limits?+
No identity-verification tiers. Guests get instant payouts from ~€50/trade; create a free account for higher amounts. Vendors may set their own per-offer min/max in the marketplace.
Which assets can I get paid in?+
USDT, BTC, ETH, TRX, or EUR via SEPA.
Account & security
Do I need to verify my identity?+
No. ZVoucher is a no-KYC marketplace — no ID and no documents. You only need a wallet or payout address to start trading.
Do you support 2FA?+
Yes — enable TOTP two-factor authentication in Settings for an extra layer of security.
Is ZVoucher safe to use?+
Yes. Every trade is protected by escrow, coupon codes are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and checked for reuse, trades are risk-scored and in-trade chat is monitored — all without identity verification. ZVoucher is operated by ZVoucher Labs OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia.
